Our People Director Peter Voon has more than 35 years of experience, specialising in key areas such as strategic leadership, organisation restructuring, talent management and competence development.
He will essentially drive people transformation through important collaborations with corporations. This will enable crafting of strategies to enhance capabilities and humanise the certification business to leverage on performance results towards achieving the organisation’s goals. IPEC will continue to boost all efforts to help individuals strongly pursue professional development and personal growth.
